Anatoliy Torchinskiy (Piano) Born in Kiev, Ukraine, Anatoliy Torchinskiy began his piano studies almost
forty years ago. After immigrating to Chicago, he earned both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in piano performance from Chicago Musical College at Roosevelt University. He began accompanying professionally in 1996 and has been heard in Italy, Scotland, New York, Michigan, Wisconsin, and the
Chicago area. He has played live on WFMT radio for da Corneto Opera and Chicago Folks Operetta. In the summer of 2008, he played under the baton of Maestro James Conlon as a rehearsal accompanist for Ravinia's production of Mozart's Abduction from the Seraglio.
